Refund policy

BBack accepts returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Items need to be returned in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed in new condition. To initiate a return please send an e-mail to customerservice@fitbeyond.com. Our business hours are from 8am to 5pm EST M-F.  If you send an email outside of this time, we will get back to you on the next business day.
